Come on, learn to swim in days? Is this a scam?

It also sounds a little unbelievable. Fortunately, you don’t have to just take my word for it. 27,000+ students have signed up and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. Many have seen some pretty awesome results which you can read about in testimonials.

If you’re skeptical then I recommend joining our private facebook group and get to know our community of swimmers from around the world. This is a great place to start since you can literally learn for free, ask for feedback on your swimming and see if it works for you.[/text_block]

How much does the 7 Day Swim Program cost?

In fact, I want you to start with the free material on YouTube so you can really understand if the way I teach swimming is for you. I’m blessed to call 7 Day Swim my job and is the main source of income for my family. So, yes, my full swimming program comes for a fee.

There will be three different packages available ranging from $97 to $497, depending on your needs and your budget. There will also be payment plans available for those that want to spread out the payments over several months. Stay tuned for many more details.[/text_block]

Where u0026amp; when should I practice this Program?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”18″ font_font=”Helvetica” font_style=”normal” font_color=”%23333333″ font_spacing=”1″]I personally recommend practicing in private or condo pools as they are much quieter, smaller and have less foot traffic. Another advantage is that they have no deep end and the water never exceeds beyond the neck level so it’s safer for you to practice. If you don’t have access to a private pool then any local pool near you is good.

The best time to practice is when the pool is not busy. For local pools I recommend going during slow or quiet times such as around lunchtime or late in the evening. Check your local pool schedule for quiet times and plan accordingly.[/text_block]

What kind of swimming gear do I need for this Program?

What will my swimming be like in a few days?

It’s a straightforward follow along “hold my hand” roadmap where we go from step 1 to step 2 to step 3 and so on. Progress is totally based on your commitment to the program.

You should start to see results within 2-3 sessions in the water. Most students typically finish the entire program within one to three months. This is based upon consistent practice for about 30-60 minutes, 2-3 sessions per week in the water.[/text_block]

Can I train with a buddy?

What’s great about training with a partner is that you can film eachother’s swimming for review after every session.[/text_block]

I’m busy. Do I have to complete the entire Program in a few days?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”18″ font_font=”Helvetica” font_style=”normal” font_color=”%23333333″ font_spacing=”1″]I have found that the longer it takes to learn something, the less likely you are to actually finish it. So when I first started 7 Day Swim several years ago, it was my hope that most people would go through the course in a matter of days. But as it turns out, people are busy and sometimes need a break.

So no, most people do not go through the course in a matter of days. On average, expect to complete the entire program within one to three months. Fortunately, anyone who signs up to the program gets lifetime access. You can go through the program as quickly or as slowly as you want. Start, stop and continue your progress based on your own schedule.[/text_block]

I’m old. Will this work for me?

“The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago… the second best time is RIGHT NOW!”

Yes, it would be fantastic if you actually learned how to swim when you were younger and could therefore truly enjoy swimming today. But if you haven’t learned yet, that doesn’t mean it’s too late to try. 40% of my students are over 50 years old. My oldest student is 72. You’re never too old to learn something you love and if you need motivation, visit your local pool and notice how many seniors are swimming as proof. There are no excuses.[/text_block]

I’m really scared of deep water, what can I do?

If you are new to swimming in deep water I recommend wearing a floatation belt which most local community pools do carry but I advise getting your own custom belt so that you can practice anywhere, anytime. I do not recommend wearing lifejackets as they are too bulky and restrict your movement in the water.[/text_block]
