  • Frontcrawl -> Breaststroke
  • Whip Kick -> Front Glide -> Frontcrawl Advanced
  • Front Kick -> Dolphin Kick -> Flip Kick -> Back Kick
  • Back Kick -> Sculling
  • Front Kick + Breaststroke Arms
  • Side Kick -> Flip Kick -> Sculling
  • Basic Frontcrawl -> Advanced Frontcrawl -> Headup Frontcrawl
  • Headup Frontcrawl -> Front Glide
